How do I install the ScanBizCards Enterprise package in Salesforce?

To install the ScanBizCards Enterprise managed package in Salesforce, go to https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B4XwXEAV and press the green "Get It Now" button.  The package can be installed in a production or sandbox environment.

Once the package is installed, the 14-day free trial automatically begins.
