How can I submit my cards for Human Transcription?

To submit any card(s) for Human Transcription, you’ll first need to have a Human Transcription account.

If you do not yet have an account, you may create your account by tapping on ‘Create Account’ button on the home screen of the app. Once the account is created, please follow the below steps for submitting any card for Human Transcription:

iOS

For submitting in BULK:

• From the main screen of your app, tap Total Contacts and then choose a folder to view  and select the card you wish to export.
• Tap the Actions icon (Three Dots) in the bottom left corner.
• Tap on Request Transcription.
• Select the cards you wish you wish to submit.
• Tap on ‘Done selecting - request transcription’ available at bottom row.

For submitting Individual

• From the main screen of your app, tap Total Contacts and then choose a folder and then respective contact.
• Scroll down and tap on Transcribe button to proceed.

Android:

For submitting in BULK:

• From the main screen of your app, tap Total Contacts and then choose a folder to view  and select the card you wish to export.

• Tap on Request Transcription.
• Select the cards you wish you wish to submit.
• Tap on Request Transcription’ button available at bottom row.

For submitting Individual

• From the main screen of your app, tap Total Contacts and then choose a folder and then respective contact.
• Scroll down and tap on Transcribe button to proceed.
