How to send Business cards in Batch for Human Transcription?

Now with the new revamped UI (User Interface), you can scan Multiple Business cards in one go and then send it to our Human Transcription team for Transcription purpose. Please follow the below-mentioned instruction set:

Using Camera 

1. Open ScanBizCards app.

2. Turn on Quick Scan from the Main screen.

3. From the Main screen of your app, tap on Scan Button.

4. On the next Screen (Camera view) at the top of the Camera View, tap on the Batch.

5. Scan business cards and then click on Next button to Scan another business Card.  

6. Once all Business Cards are scanned, click on Done from the right top corner.

7. On the next screen, you will see a confirmation window which states that the cards have been sent to Human Transcription Team.

Note: To locate all the Scanned Business Cards contacts, please click on Total Contacts from the Home Screen of Application > Select Transcription. All your contacts will appear here.

Using gallery card images

1. Open ScanBizCards app

2. Turn on Quick Scan from the Main screen.

3. From the Main screen of your app, tap on Scan Button

4. On the next Screen (Camera view) at the top of the Camera View, tap on the Batch.

5. Now on the same screen tap on the Gallery icon at the right-hand side bottom corner.

6. On the next screen tap on the select multiple cards and then click on Done at the right-hand side top corner and then proceed further.

7. On the next screen, you will see a confirmation window which states that the cards have been sent to Human Transcription Team.

Note: To locate all the Scanned Business Cards contacts, please click on Total Contacts from the Home Screen of Application > Select Transcription. All your contacts will appear here.
